Numeracy – Adding and Subtracting Numbers
WITHOUT the use of a calculator (technology)

Learning Goal:
By the end of this unit students should be able to ADD and SUBTRACT numbers (positive and negative, up to three digits in magnitude, and two decimal places of precision) using a variety of techniques (intger chips, number model, column model, etc.) without the use of a calculator.
